"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I brought my diesel truck into this independent shop after another place quoted me a ridiculous price and couldn’t even do the work for 8weeks.
What really stood out was how they prioritized my work as they knew I was on my to Texas and was stranded. They have a large shop buzzing with activity and yet they put me to the front of the line.
As for the repair itself, these guys are true experts in diesel engines. They quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it right the first time. Their knowledge and experience with diesel repair is second to none.
The customer service was top-notch, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress, explained all the options without any pressure, and were genuinely helpful. No upselling, no surprises—just honest, professional service.
Best of all, their pricing was very fair.
My truck is my baby and I felt like I got premium diesel expertise at a reasonable price.

"Best shop in tucumcari!! Nobody in the area can do oem software for freightliner, cummins, or caterpillar. Good luck using boss shop or loves for computer diagnostic they can't do squat!! Johns is working on paccar software so drivers out there won't have to get towed to the nearest dealer if they are down. They can also work on volvo as long as it's a cummins engine and not a volvo engine. Unfortunately they don't do tire work or oil changes . They leave that stuff for the wannabe shops in the area"

"Excellent company and staff. After breaking down on i40 w'ith some overheating issues, the tow driver suggest Johns Truck Service. The tow driver said that Steve, one of the owners, was a Cummins guru, and mentioned that it was a Cummins dealer. we were met by Steve upon our arrival, and he and his staff made me feel right at home. I ended up spending two days in Tucumcari, leaving my truck there to finish being fixed.
Steve and his staff identified some other issues and made sure to communicate with me along the way. They even were willing to do some fabrication work for me (which looks excellent) and more in depth customization work on the truck for me.
Throughout the entire dealings with the business, everyone I interacted with was amazing. They hire genuinely good people here. I got the impression that they are all like a family at the business, and that each one really appreciated your business.
I really wish the business was closer to home! But, they are exactly in the right spot to help those that get stuck between Amarillo and Albuquerque."
