"Went to another shop in town for a dpf high pressure issue and they recommended me to John's. Their diagnostic was spot on, they discovered how another technician had not properly completed a repair which caused me issues, and ultimately discovered an issue with my one box that had been overlooked by the dealer in Albuquerque.__Their communication with me was superb, everything was detailed and all my questions were answered. Steve (the boss) even called me after repairs were complete and I was down the road to make sure everything was good.__Customer service is a forgotten art in many industries, and I have to say that Steve, Stanley, April, and John himself have set the bar so high that many will struggle to even come into the same arena as John's Truck Service.__Thanks guys for everything!!"
