"We broke down in Tucumcari on our way to the left coast with a 5th wheel. John’s son Steve is extremely knowledgeable about my exact truck (2004 f350 6.0 powerstroke). Loss of power and black smoke. Steve put his expert mechanic Justin to work on replacing the oil cooler and a back pressure sensor (very involved job to replace the cooler). Steve had the parts, knowledge, and expert mechanic to get me back on the road within about 24hrs of problem onset. Could not be happier. Truck runs like new!"

"My family needed help while traveling. Our van's coolant light came on while driving and beeping at us. John's was the closest repair shop and we were feeling desperate. These guys were so awesome, welcoming and friendly. Although we had a van and they specialize in diesel trucks. They got us what we needed to make it to another repair shop. "Went to another shop in town for a dpf high pressure issue and they recommended me to John's. Their diagnostic was spot on, they discovered how another technician had not properly completed a repair which caused me issues, and ultimately discovered an issue with my one box that had been overlooked by the dealer in Albuquerque.
Their communication with me was superb, everything was detailed and all my questions were answered. Steve (the boss) even called me after repairs were complete and I was down the road to make sure everything was good.
Customer service is a forgotten art in many industries, and I have to say that Steve, Stanley, April, and John himself have set the bar so high that many will struggle to even come into the same arena as John's Truck Service.
