"We broke down on I 40 east of Albuquerque on Thursday morning. After making a call to Santa Rosa, John s truck Service was recommended to us. After reading reviews, I gave them a call. They recommended Ortega s towing service who towed us to their facility in Tucumcari. They checked us out right away. Super nice... made us comfortable and calmed my fears. We spent the night in our rig on their premises. Friday morning they got right to us and by noon, we were on our way. Steve and daughter April made us feel comfortable.

"Review to repair shop

"Lifesaver for us in our RV. We broke down close to Santa Rosa, and tow truck driver recommended being towed to Tucumcari instead of Albuquerque. Steve (owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Honest family-owned business. We believe they looked out for our best interest and would highly recommend. We have a 40 ft. diesel pusher, broke belt when AC compressor froze up causing overheating. After repairs, Steve hooked up computer and we test drove to ensure problems were fixed. April made sure paperwork and bill was correct, as we felt the cost was very fair. Although they were very busy, we felt they got us back on the road very quickly."

"I needed to make a deadline over 1000 miles away and Steve and his team got right to work to make sure that I was able to get back on the road as soon as possible.__Not only that, but the extra attention given by Justin went above and beyond the job description.__I will gladly stop by to have work done on my truck knowing it'll be worth the drive._It's truly hard finding people who take pride in their work and treat your property as though it were their own.__Thanks guys, I got where I needed to be :)"
